Hello, I am Virginia Coleman, a talented artist who has over three decades of experience creating unique and innovative artwork by using a variety of mixed media skills that range from laser cutting, wood, etching, resin, acrylic, prints, originals, custom art fabric, paper and so much more. I view my work as an ever-evolving journey that is driven by a restless spirit that pushes me to transcend traditional boundaries. I love that my art and creations are a true testament to my passion for exploration and experimentation that defies expectations of the world.

In my art, you’ll see that I consciously like to highlight my subjects without any facial features as a way to have my audience to tap into their imagination and focus on the interplay of movement and body language to discover their own interpretations of the art. I believe this approach to my artwork invites you to have a deeper and more personal connection to each piece. My art is an amalgamation of various artistic forms that showcases how using recycled materials can create beautiful work while incorporating a sustainability approach.

Rooted in abstraction, my work serves as a powerful medium for all things related to self-expression, inspiring others to see the world through a different lens and embracing the boundless possibilities of creativity. I’ve been blessed that my art has graced homes all across the world from the United States of America, Paris, England and beyond, which is an indication that art is a widespread and versatile story that can travel anywhere and make an impact everyday.
